mad house family
Finally! Today is D-Day. After all the planning since beginning of this year, is finally here! Everyone was happy. Not for the fact we had to come on a Sat and let it burnt in school, but for the fact, it gonna be over soon! keke.. Well, a few days back, the tentages were up, the gifts were ready, the ice cream freezer was in school too (Thanks to Ah Seng!) It was really like a carnival thingy especially when Ardi's group got in the Uncle Ringo dunking barrel. That's really an attraction! Stupid Seng offered $50 for me to be dunked! He DREAM ON! hehe..
It was really something that Im amazed about my pri school ppl. You dun see them put it up together, yet, on the day itself, when everything piece up together, gives you a 'WOW' feeling.
Everyone in school had different duties. Some were in welcoming committee, some in publicity, some in game stalls, some in CCA concerts, some really do nothing. Haha.. For me, as all of you would know, I'm in charge of the Maths Trial. I'm so glad, so so glad that it was over. It's like a hell day to me. Rite from 7.30am(reached sch), gotta be on the task till 3pm. It wasn't like last year whereby I'm with the welcoming committee. Well, after welcomed the G.O.H, it would be free time. This year, no such luck! keke
Anyway, kids came to report starting from 9am. I was kinda upset cuz not all turned up. Out of the 10 classes of P1, only half of the cohort turned up. Sighz... Well, nevermind. At least they did turn up. haha.. ok. I did the briefing once I gathered enough ppl. Then I dismissed them for the trail. As expected, p1 children went BLURz... Problems one after another.
1) They can't find a station, came running back to me and ask (which they suppose to figure it out themselves)!
2) They got distracted by the happenings around them. Some lost their group members.
3) After they completed, they can't find their parents or their parents can't find them.
4) Do toooooOooo slowly. (They don't get it that they suppose to run about! haha)
Good thing was... everything went on fine after a few classes. *phew*
Anyway, this year open house, I'm stuck in the classroom thru out. So sad. I cant get to sell ice cream. Cant get to walk around the game stalls. Cant get to sit in staff room for air con. Dont even have the time to go toilet. Well, EVERYTHING IS OVER. Yeah! Is like a dream to me. I'm so glad. One more item I can strike off in my To-Do List. keke...
Ok, hereby wanna express my thanks to the following ppl:

Oh ya. The MOST amazing part of my sch, that's at 3pm, the end of the open house, everyone started to pack. Is sooooOoo amazing that EVERYTHING was cleared within SECONDS! What's more, some of us were counting $ in the staff room and yet.. we had all things cleared! and of cuz, everyone disappeared soon after! haha.. amazing amazing!
Ok time to sleep. WAT A TIRING SAT! ;)
