God created...

God created men. Don't worry. I'm not here to preach. I'm not here to talk about religious stuffs. I just tot of this. Men are created differently. Some are tall, some are short. Some are rich, some are poor. Some are gentle, some are temperamental. Some are stingy, some are generous. Some are easy-going, some are stubborn. Some are thin, some are fat. and the list goes on....

I just dont understand. Why must there a difference? Why must we be different? Why can't we be all the same? When all of us are the same, there will be no discrimination, no biased or judgemental opinions. In this world, let's face it. Ppl go for looks and material stuffs. Who really cares about character first? Who really cares about personality? Who really cares about passion?

Why am I in such a mood? I dunno. Maybe I just into this depress mood to see myself being into this thinking of dieting and slimming everyday. Why am I born like this? I always ask myself. Why can't I be normal. Dont have to be v pretty or sexily slim or rich but be normal. Sighz.. Like wat Kelly said. I wish one day when I wake up, I am a slim and sexy gal. Keke... I know is a stupid imagination.

Ppl who are not biased on such stuffs would tell me,"Diet lo. Just go and run." "Go gym lo." "Dun eat so much!" "Stop eating!" "Let's exercise." Seriously I heard these enuff. Who dunno! But I also know say is easier than done! They dunno how does it feel not to eat. Have you ever feel hungry everyday? I'm sure hungry for a few hours you've feel it b4. But being hungry for days? No joke. I tried it b4 and is really really really really a sucky feeling. Like what I told my colleague, Christina,"I dun wan to die being a hungry ghost!"

Then there would be a group of ppl who will say,"You must eat. But eat the rite thing!" Chey! I also know! But... that's for ppl who are oready slim, not so fat, juz eat the rite thing, they would maintain that. Pls lah.. for ppl like me, by the time this method would work, cows oready climb up the tree. Toking about exercising. Pls lah.. oready fat, exercising for fat ppl is a taboo. Ever seen a pig walk? Ask them to run about like a dog, you think they can do it?

Of cuz, there are also another grp of ppl, who would read my post and say,"Stop finding excuses!" But my point is, you're not in it. You wld not noe how demoralising and how sick for ppl like us to do such thing. My point is... WHY US! WHY ME!?

then there would be another grp of ppl who would say,"Beauty in the eye of the beholder." "Aiyo, fat is ok mah. Live with it. Ppl love the way you are!" I also know. But I also cant convince myself that "I am beautiful, no matter what they say.. cuz words dun bring me down...."(Christina agrilera's song). even I cant believe that ppl love the way I am. keke..

and there's another grp of ppl who will say,"Why diet for other ppl. Diet for health!!" I also know! My point is.. You all think dieting is easy ah! you all think I dun wan to be slim and healthy ah! You all think I wan to be fat meh! I also dun wan to be fat!

Why not?
1. no nice clothes to wear
2. no men wld take a second look at you
3. even some women wld treat u like shit
4. just walking also panting
5. something drop on the floor, want to pick it up also difficult
6. squatting down also a problem
7. lazy and sleepy spell always on u
8. not energetic
9. ppl will despise you, somehow or another ppl dun treat u better
10. waste money (buy bigger clothes, diet pills, food)
11. low/no self esteem

and the list goes on.

Some ppl wld think I think too much. Some of the things are not true. Pls.. when I was a 90-100kg gal, I feel the above! and when I dropped to 60kg, things are just different! This is the true fact. I juz wana say, if you are slim, pretty and not flat chested, you shld really thank God for that. seriously... Im not being superficies. Im just trying to say, externally you are blessed, you just need to work on the internal part of you! That's pretty easy! I can be so gd internally, but who is there to appreciate me! (I'm not talking about men. Im saying in general.)

all in all, I just wan to give my 2 cents. :) This is women. We just wanna blah blah blah and not to find a solution. Haha..

I've a friend who got really fat and kept crying everyday. She won't go out, she won't eat and she would would only wear the few clothes that she could fit in.

She ballooned over night and couldn't understand how she gotten so fat. She was so fat that even her grandma told her nobody would marry her. She saw a doctor and found out that her body was experiencing an overactive production of insulin. As a result, she felt constantly hungry and craved food all the time.

She went on a strict diet and exercise regime then. She cut out carbo and started exercising and today she's a good size with her condition is under control. However, she still needs to maintain it very consciously every single day up till today.

The moral of the story is, like her, you can do it if you set your mind to it. I'm not saying this because I think it's easy. What I'm trying to say is it is not easy and it is unfortunate that your body tends to gravitate to gaining weight easily. Like you've mentioned, nobody's born the same. God made everybody different to make the world interesting.

You may be overweight (by society's standard) but you are very endearing and those who know better, know that you are great company. Referring to the biases that you mentioned above (rejection, discrimination, injustice, etc), I've at some point in my life experienced it as well and I'm sure it's the same with everybody else. It's extremely to feel rejected sometimes. I've learnt that you can't get everybody to like you or treat you as a fellow human being. There are people out there who are just plain ignorant and not worth feeling depressed over.

We will all wish for something better or more. But when will wanting more ever be enough? I hope this piece of writing will motivate you and reassure you that being slim is not everything nor will it make you more likeable.

Remember Paulo Coelho's words in The Alchemist?

"When you really want something to happen, the whole universe conspires so that your wish comes true."

Damn, I didn't proof read. There are a couple of grammatical mistakes. This is the improved version:
