sleepy sunday~

What a sleepy sunday. Today is another torturing weekend. Sighz...every sunday is a drag. I'm fainting. Woke up early just to finish marking the scripts. I dunno why other days I would take hours just to complete one pile. But only sunday itself, I will complete it in 1 hr. keke.. this is how time can be pressed for result. Kelly's dad fetch us to 'work'. Luckily I'm with her. If not, I think the devil will set in me and say,"GIVE UP LAH!" hehe

I'm so thankful for the heavy downpour at 11.45am. hehe.. well, cuz quite a number did not attend due to the rain! keke.. meaning I got lesser scripts to mark this wk.. phew. Hmm sound so bad on my part huh? Well, as a classroom teacher I'm really not like that. I be really mad with the pupils who absented themselves. However in tuition line (centres), things are totally different. I soon realised, in tuition line, esp tuition centres, the teachers can only teach what the centre expect them to teach. For us, we are supposed to follow a 'routine' when we teach. Talking about being creative! Arghhh This drives me nuts cuz Im not such a teacher when it comes to teaching writing. How can we expect the children to improve where the lesson is so dry? 15 spelling words, show pictures, give 32 phrases, time to write at least 1 and a half page for a p3 pupil, give a worksheet-5 words for sentences making, common grammar mistakes, new vocabulary words and a passage. Take note. The title of the lesson is 'Creative Writing". So far, I have not figure out what's the creative part of it! For 2hr, I got to squeeze everything into it. Maybe ppl will say,"Aiya complain so much, dont do lo!" I also want but I got contract for 1 yr. Ahhhh.. but well, since this is the requirement, I shall just abide to it! Is really for the money sake... So my advise to whoever is reading this, if you have children, pls dun send them to tuition centres. I rather one to one personal tuition.

Is home once again after tuition. Seriously nothing much to do. I think is time I get my butt off for some exercises since Im just this free. Ok. The date to be serious: 1st June onwards. Please pray for me. :)
