classroom decor.. day 4

Is Day 4 for classroom decorating. Ahhh actually I oready planned to decorate my class during the school holiday. Well, since we were all made to decorate our classroom now. Is actually not a bad thing. I enjoy putting up the children's work. When the children see their work up on the walls, you can tell how happy they are and how proud they are when they come to the classroom. Especially during change of periods, children crowd around the pieces of work on the wall and boast it to their friends. How happy they are!

Things are differently when we are forced to do so. Can feel that some teachers put up the work for the sake of putting it up. No pride and joy in wanting to put the pieces of work up on the wall. Well, I just hope next time, if we all need to do it again, it can be brought up to us nicely. Especially comments or feedbacks about our decoration. Not just a "NOT ENOUGH!"

Anyway, after so long I've been talking about my classroom. Let me show you right now!

My classroom has no big noticeboard at the back as it is a connecting classroom. Therefore, I need to put more thing at the back, just to make it look more filled up. This is part of my back of classroom. Is not exactly what I wanted. But the effect of it is nice. Very colourful.

Next, this is the left side of the back of classroom. I printed photos of my kids @ work. Then pasted the class dictated stories to show what we are doing in class. My colleagues said juz looking at the pictures, will make them luff! hehe...

This is a mobile. I hang it on my lights. My p1 kids actually sew these soft toys and stuffed with cotton wool! I'm so proud of them! What I did was, I sew the thread on top and tied it to a hanger. Clever rite! keke...

Ah ha! These are the mobiles in another view! Cute rite!

My children's writing on cellophane papers! Don't they look lovely! Can you imagine how colourful my class is!

Believe it or not! The other classes are packed and filled with things. I don't know how to catch the children's attention as the teacher teach! (they will definitely be very distracted with the things around them!)

Just as I was putting up the things for my classroom today, Mr Flu attacked me. I sneezed non stop today and it was terrible. In the end, I need to take panadol. Sighz.. maybe I need more sleep. *hehe what am I still dng here!*

Anyway, I'm done with Maths Trail stuffs! My HOD Maths said it was well organised. I am so happy. Thanks to Kelly and Shi Min for helping out with the stations. I can't wait to get it over on Sat. I need a real break. Kelly.. shall we go somewhere? haha...

****Friday is my only rest day this week. TREASURE!*****

Hey Mr Flu's constant presence could be attributed to late nights and not enough rest. Knowing you, I know you sleep so late and are prob so stressed up over the decor thing. Take care!
