My New Hobby

I'm someone who can make the camera bought so worthwhile! I snapped at anything and everything especially when there's a event or on some things I encountered. I love photographs. I remember spending hundreds of dollar in poly just to buy the photos on club(I was in Current Affairs & Debating Club) events. Now, I got 2-3 THICK albums which I dunno what to do with them cuz I simply had no time and no idea how to sort the photos properly! a huge stack of photos are still sitting inside my cupboard and my mum is constantly nagging to me regarding this.

*sighz* I really hope to present these photos properly too but juz placing the pics into a flip-flip album, I find it really boring! However, writing captions one pic at a time can kill me too! so that really explains why I chose not to bother about those photos since..2000? Ahhhh I am so lazy.

so recently, my fren Lena introduced me to a new stuff! That's scrapbooking!

What is scrapbooking?

anyway, it's very fun, very very addictive and very expensive to be a scrapper! haha... well, I told myself to do basic and simple ones. Afterall, the idea of scrapbooking is to do from scrap materials. Well, nowaday people are more caution about the things they use. Generally, we have to use the papers (ex ok!) from these kinda shop becuz they are acid and lignin-free! ok, meaning, after 30 yrs, when I show these albums to my grandchildren, they will still see the vibrant colours of the papers! Wld nv turn yellow! How amazing rite! ehhe...

Lena and the rest were very nice. I showed interest in doing and always wanted to start one (in the beginning of the year) but I did not buy anything to start with. Well, initially, i really cant bear to part my money, esp around $1.50 for ONE pattern paper! So they actually bought an album for me during my birthday this year! so happy!

They even scrapped one for me! so nice rite!











So finally, I started to do two pages, with the help of Lena on Wednesday! Hehe.. very proud of myself though!

I bought alot of brads too! hehe nice container for all my brads! so thrilled!










I'm going to redo ALL my poly days photos and print out the recent ones (esp happenings in school!) to scrap! How exciting and I'm really eager to pull in more friends to scrap with me! how fuN!
