teachers to the world...

it has been a common topic to all ppl .. esp singaporean~ to talk about teachers. About what teachers should be doing, what teachers should have done and what teachers should not do. Is about ppl seeing teachers in a differernt way from our parents' time. I still remember the time when Im still schooling, my parents respected my teachers alot. Whatever my teachers had done to me, I wouldnt dare to tell my mum..she would definitely believe the teacher and punished me instead. Well, wat happened now? most children would twist the facts to tell their parents about their teachers. I really find it hard to believe a kid of age 6 or 7 would twist the fact and 'reconstruct' another story of her/his own! I would nv believe a kid of age 6 or 7 would be sooooo hardcore in lying, cheating or even stealing. Yes.. all the above mentioned are happening in school nowaday. I wonder who would ever thought of it. Everyone would still think about the angelic and innocene part of children.. but well, is not the same case everytime. Of cuz most of the children are very cute and innocent.. but do we really know the both side of the story? or rather.. the truth?

Am watching a talk show about teachers. There's a news about a pri school teacher got the whole class to whack another boy who did not submit his work(something like that). So of cuz, everybody said the teacher is at fault. Of cuz.. she's stupid to have commit such a mistake. I mean no matter how angry, she should have control and dealt it in another way. Just like Zidane's case..he shouldnt lose his cool man.... Best part of the talk show, they invitied a 'teacher' to talk about it. She is such an ass. The way she comments, she tried to be the saint among the saint. My goodness.. even one of the guests rebuked her by telling her, saying is easier than doing. I totally agree! this 'teacher' actually talked about how a teacher should behave, what they should do if faced difficult students (she mentioned about talking and understanding the student-爱心教育). =_=" 废话!

Then they opened the topic to the public. One guy actually said 人话! He mentioned about teachers having too much administrative works to do. Time constrain is another factor. Teachers simply have not much time to spend with the kids after completing the syllabus. He also also mentioned about teacher to student ratio to be improved further. Boy.. I LOVE YOU~

After said all... to be honest, no matter how much ppl can comment on it, I can only say.. if you are not in it (as in this profession) you would never know what we've gone thru. You would not know why kids can make teachers lose her sanity, you would not know why teachers complain too much work to do, you would not know the difficulties faced by teachers these days... so... theres nothing much to comment about cuz...

Unless.. you are a teacher too.
