what a ridiculous increase!

COMFORT is really ridiculous! What I must say is.. even though they are the largest player in Singapore's taxi industry, they shouldn't be raising RIDICULOUS increase in their fares! Totally, absolutely RIDICULOUS! fuming mad! They claimed that diesel price yada yada is increasing so wanna lessen drivers' burden. Hey why cant they lower their rental? ahh... and still say with the increase, will have more QUALITY drivers with QUALITY services. Hmm WHERS THE LINK!?

Let me tell you about their ADJUSTMENT!

Before: 1st km or less - $2.40
Now: $2.50

This is fine. I mean. $0.10. Reasonable. I still can take it.

Before: Every 225m - $0.10
Now: Every 210m - $0.10

Before: Trips less than 10km will be charged $0.10 for every 200m
Now: Trips less than 10km will be charged $0.10 for every 175m

That means once I flag down a cab, I will see the metre increasing constantly. =_=

Before: Peak hour charges -$1.00
Now: Peak hour charges - $2.00!!!

This is RIDICULOUS! I mean.. adjustment on a part I can accept but on PEAK HOUR.. DOUBLE!? wow piang eh! Imagine, you hop on a taxi, $2.50, peak hour $2. That's $4.50! Haven move on is $4.50! damn!

I really should invest on a car instead! $#%^&* I was still thinking to myself. Ok. no more thinking of getting a car. take a taxi also can. Now i think twice. Like that more bor hua. I will incurr juz as much! angry!

The next time I happen flag a comfort or citycab, I will wave NO!

is always cheaper to stay at home. damn... everywhere increase. carpark charges lah, ERP lah, petrol lah, taxi fare lah, EVEN PRICE OF KOPI!
