It juz had to happen on me!

ARgh. Most of you would know what I'm gng to write now. It just had to happen on me where I oready dun feel good about the day, where I jus wanna a break from all the marking the work the mess and the chaos in school and yet NO ONE was around cuz kel went out rach was sick and jac wanna spend time w her maggie mee. Arghhh....

Apparently, I had a call from a parent (not from my class) regarding the violin lessons. Yes, I'm in charge of violin in case till now u dunno. So last week, it was their first lesson (for pri 1) and I happened to be on mc. The instructor arranged with the parents that he would bring the kids to the music room personally at 11am.

This parent called me only today to tell me his daughter did not attend the lesson last week as she didnt manage to find the instructor. He accused me of being irresponsible, not organising properly, resulting in his daughter's absence. This is it. The moment he said I'm irresponsible, I began to snap. I asked him why till now then he feedback to me, he turned around and said I did not pick up his calls and when there's missed calls, I should return call to him.

*MAD*

I was mad. I screamed at him for being rude and told him that I'm angry cuz this is my private number and I'm responsible enough to give him my number to contact me. He went on saying I was irresponsible again. I asked him who brought the kid to school and he said it was his maid. He went on saying his maid should not be the one responsible. He said she only responsible to bring the kid to school.

How unreasonable! I told him off saying that his maid should not just bring the kid to school and push the kid inside the school and expect the school to take care of everything. Before the maid leave, she should make sure that the kid was taken care of. And if they didnt manage find the instructor or dunno where's the music room, she should have asked the ppl in the general office.


And he had to bring back another old issue...

Before last friday(Wednesday)...

he was supposed to pass me the $$$ for the violin and the course fees. (mind you, he missed the deadline we set and I was kind enuff to allow late comers!) So I told him to meet him at the general office at 12.30pm. He refused. He wanted to meet me at the backgate (convenient for him). So I told him I got lessons at 11.30pm. Will only be free after 12.30pm. So eventually, I agreed to meet him straight after my lessons.

I went to the backgate at 12.25pm. I stood till 12.45pm. No sign of any man approaching me or another other ppl regarding violin. So I walked away and rushed for the contact time (meeting). B4 I went up to the audi, I checked my hp. It was him. So I returned his calls and told him that I waited for him but to no avail. He said he waited for me for so long too. *damn* I told him I got a meeting now and if he could pass the money to the ppl in the general office.

guess what he said?

"No~ no~ no~(imagining him shaking his head).. I don't want to go in."

KNN!

I was pissed. What kinda of attitude is he!? In the end, I got mrs toh, one of the office ppl to walk to the backgate and get from him.

BACK TO TODAY ISSUE...

He brought up wat happened last week, saying that I was irresponsible cuz he called me so many times while waiting for me at the backgate and I didn't pick up his calls. ARGH madness... I rebuked saying I wun possible bring my hp to teach!

Then he went on saying I was irresponsible to ask another person to pick up the money from him. I was MAD... D MAD.. I shouted at him,"I TOLD U THAT I HAVE A MEETING RIGHT?! THATS WHY I GOT SOMEONE ELSE TO TAKE FROM YOU CUZ U DONT WANT TO COME TO THE GENERAL OFFICE!"

and he went on and on and on and on....

me: STOP! I dont want to go on saying things that were over.

so eventually we hung up and I was fuming mad. I think jac and the rest was stunned to see me burning. literally burning!

I called my instructor immediately to check out wat happened last week. He told me he waited for 15 mins before he went to the music room. Well, so whose fault?!

Argh... anyway I called him after that and told him to ask his girl to wait for me at the front gate tmr and I will personally bring her to the music room. After then, he apologised to me regarding the misunderstanding. Well, as a gentlelady, I apologised too.

What a day. Seriously I dun blow my top to parents. I even praised myself b4 that I can do customer service cuz I can 'act' very well in front of them. I guess I failed. Today I just have to snap!
