Fantastic Saturday!

After complaining about my boring Friday, I was kinda apprehensive about my Saturday's outing. TSL's gang got one juz back from Australia. He is one of the senior I love most when I was a junior in my club back in poly daz. So well, if not for him, I dun think I wanna meet the rest as well. You know I'm kinda sick of those 'How are you?" or "What are you doing?" kinda conversation. When we are up to a certain age, we tends to be involved in such a conversational kinda outing. Boring until can die can!

After my long day of tuition, I went to Harbourfront to meet them. I was kinda late (maybe for 10 mins) when I reached there. Kelvin & wife, Shuren, Jowell were there oready. Next came Fulin, Cindy and her husband.
















This is Kelvin's daughter - Jiaxin. We laughed cuz Jiaxin in chinese means INCREASE PAY! haha.. Kel said that his fren suggested the next child to be named Shen Zi meaning Promotion and the 3rd child to be named Hua Hong meaning Bonus! My goodness! Wat a joke!

We waited and waited. Soon William and gf arrived too. Now now now.. where's our guest and our organiser Mr Tan!?! No sight of them. We decided to choose a restaurant our own without the consent of the guest and organiser. hehe... So we went to this place Splizza at Harbourfront.

Their pizzas are very special cuz they are named after the names of women!

The pizza was great! De-li-cious and the crust was thin and crispy. Oh not forgetting, the lazagne was great! Lucky for that cuz I wasn't interested in pizza-ing actually!

After pizza-ing, we went to the Toast Box near Food Republic Food Court. I drank their coffee and it was D NICE! The rest of the frenz bought toast that look so good and delicious!

After drinking coffee, we headed to St James Power House. My first time there. Xiangling and gf got the member's card and they could sign us in for free. yippee... We went in to Dragonfly. I've been hearing about it and I'm so excited to go in for the first time. We booked a $300 ktv room on the top floor, the second floor is for ktv singing (hall) and the ground floor.. the most happening can!

I was actually looking forward to the ktv room. I mean which club now actually have KTV room!?! However, was really disappointed with the system and the songs selection. Well, I began to lose interest in singing esp when everyone else disappeared somewhere! I decided to go down to the ground floor with Henry!

WOW WOW WOW as i was walking down, the performances started and they sang 霍元甲! This is Jay's song and they could sing so well! I was so excited and stayed on for the rest of the performances. We managed to find Fulin and the rest. Wow so happy! I was so excited!

So fun so so fun! The music was great. The place is huge so no shoulders rubbing. However, I nearly killed one of my fren. He danced like machiam he drank 2 bottles of hard liquor. Then when he danced it's like oblivious with who's around him! U noe how we wld make eye contact on some strangers who danced weirdly rite?! MY FREN DANCED LIKE THAT! I wanna kill him. Kept disturbing me too! ARGH! I wanna kill him if not for the others! Even during the performances, everyone was standing around listening with mouths wide open or laughing, he had to be action pack. ARGH.... got one part the performers were acting, we all laughed big time and my dear fren had to... KNEEL on the floor and 'beg' for *I DUNNO WAT TOO*.....

Best was, there's a chi-na gal dancing alone, OBVIOUSLY trying to hook some men. She was sooooOO desperately looking for one and when we teased the guys to go for it, my dear didnt-drink-but-'drunk' fren actually really do approached her! =_= Fulin was really disgusted by it too! cuz my didnt-drink-but-'drunk' fren pushed fulin to the gal. Hahaha... I died luffing esp on the part where the gal STUFFED her telephone number to my didnt-drink-but-'drunk' fren and HE REFUSED to take it! hahaa... *stooopid*

After dancing, drinking a bit and dancing and luffing, we went up to the room. My advise is, dont have to book the room. The ground floor is happening enuff! REALLY so fun! hehe...Luckily I joined the gang for such fun. It was an eye opener. or maybe the company is fun (minus my didnt-drink-but-'drunk' fren)!
