I hate ADMIN work!
Pleaseeee remind me. If I ever retire, DON'T AGREE IF I ASK TO DO ADMIN WORK! yewwwwwwww I hate it! Admin work is so mundane and boring and brainless(at least to me). Today was the bz bz day for me after the kids' exam. Boring. We are supposed to go back to school for "marking". well of course we have all finished marking. basically, we went back to school to complete all outstanding work. I was really panicky with the prize giving stuffs. 17th November is our event and yet we have not sent out the invitation letters. panic panic. With the help of Jac and several others, I began my mundane, boring, brainless task...
- Opened files to look thru the letters.
- Typed letters for the school advisory members.
- Went over to Aisah to ask her who is the Guest of honour etc.
- Went back to desk for more typing. Type the letters for volunteer adult leaders.
- Jac sent in the envelopes, stamps & ex-vp address. She is the greatest help when I just sick of running around asking from others.
- Printed a few letters and ran to the HOD room for the print-outs (check check check).
- Typed the letters for parents support group members (38 of them). =_=
- Typed the letters for other important guests.
- Typed addresses of SAC members, VAL, PSG and other important guests on labels.
- Went to office for Top PSLE pupil last year.
- Haunted Mr Yee(my operation manager) for the car labels.
- Printed all letters. Ran to HOD room to check for the print-outs.
- Printed the car labels. Cut the labels.
- Print the addresses. *phew* I used sticker labels. No need to write.
- Gave the whole stack of letters for Principal to sign. She signed on the wrong part of the letter (for one only). Reprinted that letter.
- All letters settled.
- Folded all the letters. Put in with the car labels. Sealed, Pasted stamps and the address. (BORING BORING)
- Not enough stamps.
- Not enough information for some guests.
- Told jac to settle the no stamps, no info. She got the addresses. yeah... *muacks*
- Sent the letters to office and instructed them to send by today.
After the miserable lunch, went back to staff room for the budget estimates (I really know nuts!) then packed my workplace for a while. Haiz... never ending job. I decided to give myself a break and went to HDB hub with Kelly for the queue number for flats. Buying flats also kiasu.. so many ppl fighting. I guess is 3000 over ppl fighting for 1000+ units. Chey.. where got chance!
Then we went back to Compasspoint to meet our friend. Then we to Kovan to order flowers. Then to orchard. Then home. Ahhhh what a tiring day!
****tired tired. I hope no school tomolo!****
