oily mayonnaise
today we had a workshop on making our own mayonnaise at home! Now then we know... beating an egg yolk with oil and lemon juice will give us... MAYONNAISE! Looking that the amount of oil, I flipped! Yucks.. so er xin! I think I would not touch mayonnaise for quite some time!
Just as I was chatting with Xiaohui about the mayonnaise, she went on explaining to me about colourings! She said it stays in our bodies! Well, I always think even with some colourings, is fine. But, she said when our hands came in contact with the colours, we also have difficulty washing it off, LET TO SAY IT WENT INTO OUR BODIES! Yeeee... so er xin! I really think eat air is the best liao!
Science is so interesting.. I wish I can teach science nowaday ever since I grew to love it! keke...
